One of the worst quality air cooler from kelvinator.
I bought this branded air cooler just before two months only for the reason kelvinator brand.
one day suddenly stopped.motor not working.
My personal two month experience with this product-
Bad straw smell always arises while flowing the cooling air.
Water drained very fast and it just for four to five hours while continuosly running.
Inside, used motor stand material is very cheap and easily rusted too.
Air flow perfectly reach only upto three to five feet.
No water level alarm
Sound too high while motor running
Customer service very poor I would say.
I had raised the complaint twenty days before.but not solving this issue till today.such a worst company service.
When I try to contact that service man, he just frequently reply to me that motor not supply from company, please wait.plz wait.plz wait.
What to do.?
My personal opinion to everyone, do not buy this branded air cooler.otherwise you will feel very bad like me for sure.
It is worthless product, so never spent on this product.
My request to kelvinator,
Do not cheat customer in the brand name kelvinator.
I am not satisfied with this one.
Overall cheap product from kelvinator.
