This is the most THIRD-CLASS product I have seen in my life. I have purchased it new from Pravin Agencies in Pune. From Day-1, it is not working and leaking water in whole home. Complete useless product.
On the top, Pravin Agencies and Kelvinator service are even worst than their product. They sold this non-working product and Pravin Agencies have just raised their hands - no responsibility for the faulty product they sold. Not even answering any calls.
Kelvinator service is even worst - opened call at least to get problem fixed in new appliance. There is no response from them even after 48 hours(after claiming that they will get back in 24 hours). Now, their service center calls are not going(Either local no, mobile and tollfree - all just get disconnected after few seconds without any message). If we send email, they send back email saying - they are getting BLANK message and can not help!
This is 4th day of torture from Kelvinator and I can not take it more. They have just cheated me - I am going to lodge official complaint in "Jago Grahak Jago". Any more suggestions are also welcome to teach lesson to such cheating company.
