Kelvinator kw163p direct-cool single-door refrigerator.
Kelvinator is a very good company, as I just heard but when I saw I found its not true. I will tell you my own experience. It have about 1 year ago I bought a Kelvinator single door refrigerators worth Rs 10300 with 1 year warranty on product and 4 years warranty on compressor.
And its look was so normal.It has 150litres capacity. I had bought refrigerator for my shop because I need for cold store for my goods. Friends from the first day the product had started to bother me. The snow was not frozen whole day was out. I immediately went to the showroom complained that he say is still new to start walking a little bit difficult for two will be fine. I will thought exactly the same. I did not care enough to be day by visiting the showroom complained. This time he had to write my complaint. when the Maicanic came from service center he said the compressor was damage its to be change I will shock in few day compressor was damage .how! Well he write my complain and he come about three month after the complain.
The funny thing is that the refrigerator is still not froze the ice today but I don’t any complain. After that comes the problem was one by one like the root of the sudden freezing as ice. Turn off the gas. Go out the door many more. So friend never buy any product of Kelvinator.
Easy to use, Bad durability, easy of cleaning, Normal style & design, and service & support is very very very bad. so don’t buy this .
