I had planned the tour with my wife and decided to go Rishikesh, Dehradun then Mussoorie. I have visted the place Kempty fall and found that the place is very dirty, Not maintained, The boys taking the drink openly and no chance to go for the girl near by waterfall because taking a drink and not secure . Go with your friend on that place not beautiful place but average enjoy .Local sightseeing not so good. whether is good no doubt. Hotel are costly you have need to barging with the hotel guy. Accommodaition available to go kempty . I was in my car and I am feeling not secure when reached to Kempty. I will recommend this place for those guys who want to go with his friend . But if you are with your family, So go but not in weekends . Good in Weekdays.
