I PURCHASED 2 nO 1.5 T Kenstar Air conditioner from AMAZON in Hyderabad for my new Flat. The air conditioners were 5 star rated. The Airflow for Air conditioner is very less compared to other brands like LG and Carrier. The build quality is very poor. Installation of the AC took lot of time. 2 AC took 4 to 5 Hrs for installation by company technician.
Already swing motor of one of AC is not in working condition. The spare motor of same is not available. The AC appears to be overrated as cooling is much less compared to LG AC installed in my Flat. Remote control is also very confusing and of poor quality.
Dont buy Kenstar AC.
