~ The Build Quality Of KENSTAR SLIM LINE PERSONAL AIR COOLER Is Worst It Is Made Up Of Light Plastic Even By Pressing Hard On Its Plastic The Surface Bends Inside, The Problem Which We Faced After Started Using It Is After 1 Month Of Usage It Started Causing Problems One By One First Of All The AIR VENTILATION SWITCH Stucks At One Place It Stops Working Due To Which All Air Flows At One Place It Has 30 Litres Of Water Storage Capacity But Due To Weak Body The Water Drops From It And It Creates A Lot Of Mess Everytime We Uses It Lastly The Water Pump Has Stopped Working.
~ We Had Complained About It At Customer Care But They Didn’T Responded Well To My Calls Everytime They Attend The Calls And Said That Executive Will Camed To Check It But No One Has Camed After Completing For More Than 8 Times The Executive Has Camed And He Has Refused To Repair Or Replace Any Of The Problems Which Occured In It Rather The Executive Had Put The Blame On Us By Saying That We Had Used Drop It Due To Which The Water Is Coming Out From It And It Cannot Be Repaired.
While For Other 2 Problems We Have To Pay Amount To Make It Repair As Only Motor And Free Visiting Is Covered Under Warranty I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Purchase KENSTAR 30 SLIM LINE PERSONAL AIR COOLER As The After Sale Service Of KENSTAR Is Poor They Take Customer For Granted And Didn’T Deal With Them Properly We Had Used The Kenstar Air Cooler For Less Than 2 Months And Its Cheap Quality And Slow Performance Didn’t Make It Durable For LonG.
