I was purchased this product 2 years ago from local market in 10000 rs.
I purchased this cooler bcoz of its looks very beautiful and thought kenstar a good brand but, it gone my worst nightmare.
One month after using it’s motor burned. I called service center they said motor is unavailable and will replace it when they got it from company after full one month they replaced it. Half hot summers gone. After some days the second motor burned again. I wasn’t wanted to waste another month with company service center, so I decided to purchase motor from market. When I gone to market I shocked when comes to know that the motor is aluminium binding not copper and burns easily.
No doubt that motor burned next season.
Now I feels like looted and the body of cooler is in stored in my store room. I’m also attaching photos to prove my point.
