I bought this product during last summer .


I am pretty much excited about how it performe.during demo it was running quite and light weight and easy to handle. But when you use it in real time than you realize that this need some improvement .


Unfortunately plastic fan was broken after sime time. I lodged a complaint localy as well as to the manufacturer but parts were not available. This mean they dont provide any after sale service.Fan blade sheared off during second season.


This happen with all the model. If you write to them you dont get the acknoledgement .they such a very bad customer experiance.The season is going to be over and I am still awaiting the fan from the company.


They always provide some excuses. If you try to get the parts from local market they are not available. I am not happy with the service at all. Its difficult to comment if its really value for money if it fails after running of few months and parts / service not availabe despite of writing to the manufacturer and no reply or acknowledgement from them. How you get the positive thinking. You can not even buy the parts from local market. I think you must put this cooler to the dustbin. I think only advantage is its light weight and easy to handle as compared to other cooler.
