I have purchased Kenstar Air cooler. From few days cooler water pump is not working. I called call center for getting repaired. No service has done till now. I keep on calling customer care. no use. Every time call center people will tell that, your call has been escalated. Service will be done shortly. But this is all fake info.
I request Kenstar, if you can not give service, better you stop producing the products. My contact 9177339903.
