I bought Kenstar Cooler in the month of april of this year and it has some water leakage problem.
I raised complaint online and also receive call from service centre after 3 days of raising complaint that they will send someone in 2 days. After few days I called service centre to tell them as early as possible because my exam was starting and I will not be at home but they did not pick up. After a 2 weeks passed of date of complaint they called me and at that time my phone was switched off because I was in exam hall and they cancelled service request ! On 23rd may after my exam I again raised issue and Its been a week now. I havent received any call or anything. Kenstar after sales service is worst ! PLEASE RECONSIDER ANYTHING BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.
