I have purchased Kenstar Karishma, in mid August 2010, after only 15 days of usage the parts started cracking, the chopping blade cracked, the main switch broke, the machine is malfunctioning...... after 2 months of complaining to irresponsible customer care, at last I have understood that this company is a cheat, once their product is sold they don’t take notice of any complaint. I would request to all dissatisfied customer to put up their grievances so that at least many people will be saved from being cheated by false promises by frauds like Kenstar.
Please don’t go for attractive discounts which they offer, the products are not worth even after the discount. If any Kenstar person happens to read this, I would like to tell him, offering discounts for your overly priced worthless equipment is not going to help this company survive, improve the customer care and try to serve with little bit of honesty. with this type of dishonest and irresponsible behavior soon your company will be history.
