Ken-Star Do Not have a good Post Service

I bought a Kenstar food processor 4 years ago. It stopped working before a few days, I filed a complaint against it through the complaint. no.del2808200019 On 28 August 2020, 3 days after filing the complaint, a technician Nitesh came to my place and said that there was some motor problem in it. I will have to take it to my service center, then tell you, there has been no call from them since 30 August 2020 till date, he is not bothered about it, this attitude has shown to be highly unprofessional whereas they are there for the customers. How much do you care? I took the initiative to call on 4th sept Hirdesh sharma(center head) to inquire about the status of my complaint, then they said that we do not have a part of your machine, we do not know when it is coming, I asked them to repair my machine and When will it repaired, at least give me time, he said that we have no idea about it Now I want to know what is the difference between a company owned service station and a local repair shop, I bought it under the brand name of Ken-Star, where I had many options to buy, now I realize That I did a mistake to choose kenstar product they have very unprofessional technicians who are   sinking well reputed brand names. I would never recommend buying kenstar products that they do not have a good post service.
