Kenstar! Seems to be a big brand name. But trust me this is the worst product I ever bought. Gradually, the body of the processor started cracking and when called the customer care, they asked me to bring it to the service center inspite of the fact it was mentioned that repair service will be at home.
They were not at all ready to pay visit but when I said that I am going to complain they agreed to come but sadly they didn’t do anything and said that it was my fault that I could not use it efficiently that’s why there was cracks in the body of processor.
I could not use the product even for three months. I used to use the processor just for juicer however, it’s pulp container was so small that sometimes I felt like throwing it away. Now, I am scared of the brand name KENSTAR. Worst Product! Worst Customer Services as well!
