Kenstar is simply fraud Company who is harassing the people of India. It seems that there is no customer care dept at Kenstar. I have been forced to write this message after a very bad experience with Kenstar and when nobody has contacted me even after repeated reminders. As on date 19.11.2018, my problem has not been resolved.
I have purchased a water Geyser in Dec’2016. From 18.10.2018 my water Geyser is not working. I made a complaint on 18.10.2018 my complaint reference No. RAN1810180004. Now almost one month has been passed but my problem is still unresolved.
Almost every day I talked with Customer care. When I asked Customer Care representative to give a contact number to the person to whom I can talk directly to discuss my issue. They gave me five mobile numbers, out of five number I talked with two-person Mr. Tiwari and one other person, they replied that at present they are not associated with Kenstar and rest three never picked my number. Its show how fraud company this is.
In this cold morning how people can survive, they never thought about the problem of customer they are just doing time pass.
I along with my family member have lost the faith in Kenstar and decided not to purchase any item from Kenstar, as I am working in Public Sector Unit of Govt. of India, I discussed my issue to all my friend and colleague and they are also shocked.
It’s shame for Kenstar where my problem has not been resolved till date even after passes of more than a month. This clearly indicates horrible customer care at Kenstar. Seems like I made the mistake to buy the item from Kenstar, where other companies solve the problem of the customer in a day, at Kenstar it has not started in a month.
I request to all customer who is thinking to buy anything at Kenstar, buy at your own risk & cost.
It is extremely unprofessional on the part of Kenstar not to solve the customer’s problem even after repeated requests. There is seriously something very wrong with Kenstar and their customer care.
