I purchased this Kenstar Jazz Hand Blender as my mother suggusted me to purchase it. But I got cheated by the customer care of Kenstar, they didn’t helped me.
Once when I was blending chocolates, then everything is going perfectly but suddenly a spark appeared from the socket at which hand blender is pluged and the wire got burned.
The blender stopped working, I thought that socket got damaged but when tried blender in then also it’s nit working and socket is all right, other appliances is working in it. Now I contacted customer support and they promised to send technician but no one ariived then again I contacted them but their route is busy. So, I repaired it to local electrician, who repaired it in one hour and I have to pay only Rs.100.
