Customer care worthless !!

Kenstar customer care is worthless.I purchased a Little Cooler Dx which gave me beautiful service for 10 days after which the water motor got damaged.Then I realised the worst part of Kenstar.Its customer care.Most pathetic customer care.


To count, I have registered around 6 complains in a matter of 1 and half months.Somehow they close it without confirmation and the problem still is there.The person who receives the call is so shameless that he again promises the next time I call, that the problem will be solved asap .


The manager called and convinced me that the service personel will attend to the problemas soon as possible.After that call his mobile got switched offand was not reachable for more than two weeks.Now when I call the number again , he mentions that the complain has been closed and a new complain needs to be registered.I am fed up with the customer care and plan to take it with the shop where I brought it. The warranty that they promise and the excellent service that they claim proves to be a false claim.
