Most Useless

Purchased a new OM-26 EGO from Kenstar’s authorised dealer at Allahabad on 22-9-2005.(M/S Alka Enterprises, Civil Lines, Cash Memo no.701).Within a month ( 20-10-2005) it stopped functioning and the servicemen from the company’s authorised service centre had to change hte magnetrom saying that it was burnt. Once they opened the machine for the inspection it was surprising to see that the cover that looked so shiny from outside was in fact badly rusted from inside making it obvious that the whole craftsmanship was of a very low grade quality .A new magnetrom was put which burnt again soon (03-03-2006) and was replaced by one which was not intended to be for this model , The authorised service personnel, just hammered it into place some how. We insisted on the replacement of the oven as the piece was obviously a junk but our request was not entertained on the ground that company had already replaced the defective part. Now on 23-10-2006 the oven has stopped heating again -now technically out of 1 yr.warranty period and we are just feeling cheated by Kenstar , cursing ourselves for spending our hard earned money on such a useless product.
