Review : I bought Kenstar29ECF Microwave on 24-12-2004 from Vasanth &Co Chennai.I went to the shop with an intention of buying a Samsung , but hearing the sales talk of the shop keeper I bought Kenstar.
I regret very much my decision. Just after 3 days of use the Panel board gave away and they said they will change the panel.Being a new set I insisted on a full replacement and the company agreed.
The replacement took around one and half month. The so called new piece was delivered after a constant follow up and I found the doors were not aligned properly and there was gap in the joint. After repeated follow up they now are trying to replace the door.
I agreed to the sugestion as the company fellows were not willing to give a new replacement. Now we are in the third month of purchase and do not have a microwave oven.I feel the company Q.C department seems to be non existant.
The sales team seems to be keen on selling and not seems to be interested in servicing the customer. I am unable to say anything about the perfomance of the machine as I could not use it at all these days.
I feel very much cheated by buying this set and I will not recommend Kenstar product for any one as the after sales service of the company is very bad and also quality of the product is very bad.
