Poor After sale service makes the product useless

Please please and please don’tgo for Kenstar Product only for one single reason and that is there after sale service. I have purchased one Kenstar Microwave from their local delar Madhuram Plus in Ahmedabad. I have chosen to go for this brand simply on the advice of the dealer and his assurance that the after sale service of thecompany is very good.


However to my horror I found that the bulb of the appliance went of in the very second month of purchase. Furthermore it stopped functioning in the 4th month itself and when the company’s technichian visited, he suggested that some heating rod has got burnt and the same wil have to be replaced but to oursurprise he said it will come from Aurangabad which will take around 4-5 days. However the same took nothing less then 15days.


The horror story however continued with the same part getting damaged with in another 10 days time and the same peoplehave again visited and have assured us of the same thing that the part will come from Aurangabad and will take 4-5 days. This is already the 11th day while I am writing this review.


I fear if it continues like this, what will happen after the warrenty period gets over.
