I called in the customer care 29th March to raise a complaint ( complaint # HYD 2903130189 ) followed by 3/4 follow ups from my end. still there isnt any response from Kenstars end.
Customer care representative says that they are looking into the issue and will escalate it. damn foolish of me to think Kenstar would look after its customer. never was a technician sent my place.
Although the product was good, but the product fails that is when we look up to the company and that is when the companys real picture is clear. CAN THE COMPANY LOOK AFTER ITS CUSTOMERS DURING AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I will never buy a Kenstar nor recommend it to any of my friend and would make sure I update others about the incompetent customer service that Kenstar has to offer. No more to Kenstar.
even more funnier part, try going on to Kenstar website to raise a complaint/feedback, that site doesnt work. attached an image of the same. No hope for kenstar to turn back and get my issue resolved. NO MORE KENSTAR PRODUCTS IN MY/ANY HOUSE.
