I purchased this cooler last year in April after few months we got some issue so we called kenstar company person to solve that problem he came and solve the problem and at the same time he removed the wire of water pump and he said everything is solved in this summer when my dad call him and said the cooler is not supplying cold air after calling him many times he didn’t came so I opened the back side and saw that the wire was removed and tied with back side rod so I called his senior but he was also not supportive that’s why I am writing this review
