Kenstar Tumble Top LF210- Poor Customer Service

I recently bought Kestar Tumble wash W/M (Model-0210) in Jan 2007. I was quite proud of my selection


After much searching and feature comparison, we settled on the LF0210 Kenstar Tumble top. The Machine is feature rich advantage and for the same features competitormodels were Rs 2000 Costlier. But this is the only positive point of Kenstar-the pricing which snares gullible customers.


Engineers sent for Demostration was not professional niether trained for smal job.


Within 2 months of purchase the PCB crashed. Kenstar does not believe in providing good customer Service, the service engineers sent are too late, untrained and most of the times without tools.


I hardly used 5/6 times and it broke down. I put complaint to call center on 16/04/2007. Technician appeared on 19/04/2007 and investigated PCB failure that should get replaced. He said, it’ll take 7 to 8 days.


Since today (08/05/2007- more than 22 days) I didn’t get any call/response from service center. I heard the same “we have requested Kenstar for material”, no one is giving me some timeline about when can I get my m/c fixed.


No one respond back to my calls. It’s hard to manage without WM if you are working with high timings and become use to of it.


Not sure when will me problem get solved, but for everyone of us I posted this message.
