I have been using Kenstar Tumble Top washing machine from past 3 years, extremely happy with its performance. Wash quality is very good. It is fully automatic, has options of setting hot/cold water, different wash types based on different type of fabrics. Of the 3 years I have used it, I had to service it once for replacement of control-card and this was due to power fluctuations.
Main advantage of this machine is it is tumble wash with top load option ( I guess this is the only such washing machine in market), what this means is, it takes less space, doesn’t vibrate much (not much noise). In the conventional front loading washing machines big concrete blocks are kept at the top-front portions to avoid vibrations/noise, which means such machines are very heavy and movement from one place to other has a risk of breaking those. Also they take more space.
Another main adavantage of this machine is even if power is out in the mid of washing, you can still take out all the half washed clothes, you cannot do this in any front loading ones as you will run out all the water to floor.
But if you plan to use this machine in bangalore, please note that I didn’t find their service upto mark.
