I had this machine working fine for the last eleven months. But only two weeks before, there was a strange noise from the machine (due to belt cut) when it was doing the spinning. Being a reasonable man, I can easily take this as a normal wear and tear of any electro-mechanical mechanism.
But reporting the problem to the service center and having Kenstar to service it as soon as possible, is difficult.
First of all, we have no idea why/when the Kenstar service telephone numbers have changed and why the number change has not been communicated to customers.
After figuring out the service telephone numbers, I find these numbers are busy most of the time. May be busy handling a lot of problems from customers or connecting to internet.
After reporting the problem, it took a few days for the service man to visit home for inspection, but he had fixed it almost instantly without delay :-)
