This is dr. upasani from pune. I have avery bad experience with this machine and service of this company.i have this machine since 4 years almost had to call service people for more than 10-12 times with major problems.when those were in warranty that time also had to spend money on some parts.must have spent more than the original cost or may be same cost. I will reco not to buy this machine at any cost coz it has lot of recurring costs.i am planning to sell this but may be I dont want to sell this to anybody coz I wont be loyal to the person to whom I will sell this machine.so now I dont know what to do abt this product any body who can guide me in this please come forward and tell me. or I will request company people if they can help me in this matter by replacing it with the better one.
i would like to add some more bad things abt it.clothes washed in this becomes black in colour and whoever interested I can show them.specially towels and similar material stuff.
