Just after 1 year of purchase out of which I have operated the cooler for 4 months only. Pump motor went down and now dealer is telling me to replace the motor with a cost of 1000 rs which is 1/6 of cooler’s cost. If every year I have to change the pump motor then Kenstar dosen’t worth purchasing.
I got feedback from some other customer’s also that kenstar pump motors are faulty.
I have informed the dealer(kukutpally - Hyderabad) my complain no is 2226.
He sent his rep. At first visit he oiled the motor and it worked for 2 days only. After it again got jammed.
Now when I have give a call to dealer even after lodging the complain again, three days have passed and no rep has turned up. Its very frustrating.
My advice to everybody that if the wanna purchase a cooler dont go for KENSTAR.
