Kenstar turbo cool DX, we have been using from last 8 months. The cooler is working fine till now. The build quality is not that much good. The size of cooler is big it take more space to fit. We can handle easily both side given handler and wheel also there we can shift anywhere in home easily. It has rectangle box shape so it is easy to clean. I noticed when cooler is off but if you plugged in. Some weird sound will come like gurrr gurrrr. That makes really irritate to me.
The swing blades are not good quality. I felt it catch dust easily on body and fan blades. The water level indicator not show exactly how much water left in tank. The air window is too small if it little large would be great. The price is affordable not much expensive and build quality is also pretty good. Stylish and design of cooler is awesome. It consume less electricity so it can be used long. Customer service is good and they fix the issue with in time. Cons is they need improve build quality of body. And size should be decrease to fit in small room. The best use in hall and bedroom. I would recommend to use in small room.
