Just after 1 week of purchasing this cooler, cooler stopped working and after giving constant reminders to the dealer and putting complaint in the complaint cell, no mechanic turned up before 1 month completion of its non-working.
Then with full of anger n frustration took that cooler back 2 the dealer shop n he replaced it with another faulty cooler in which swing was not working and the roller was fitted with the paper and the dealer assured that mechanic will turn up within two days. Then too mechanic didn’t turn up for duration of another two weeks. Then after scolding the dealer n speaking to the manager of Kenstar harshly, mechanic came n repaired the swing motor.Then cooler worked properly for 1 or 2 weeks and now again it has stopped working, n again spoke 2 d dealer n he again assured that today itself mechanic will repair it, but full day has passed , neither mechanic nor any phone call has been received.
So very very poor service of Kenstar and the quality of product is also very very poor.Customer service is pathetic.
Don’t ever think of purchasing this cooler. Its like a punishment.
