Well I have been using it for 4 years now (this is 4th), and I have been quite satisfied with it.I had to call the repair once as the swing motor stopped working but other than that it has been a good product.
Though they are not that ruff and tough like the regular desert coolers but if you have a small space then this thing works pretty well. it has advantage of bieng small in size and still having two honeycomb pads.I dont know why the other writer writes that the product doesn’t work , I don’t know what that means. how can company return it without repair. I guess it has something to do with the retailer (next).
Though like any other cooler they are useless in extreme humidity. Ihad earlier bought a similiar model from bajaj but that was not so good. the water inside used to come in contact with the motor and entire motor used to get wet and finally the motor died.I faced no such problem with this cooler.
