I would like to share my feelings about kent water purifier. I am using this product from 2 years, I do not have satisfaction by using this. There is connector which is main part in this purifer that is not working properly. I have compared this product with pure it. I would not satisfied by using this product when I am compared with pure it and in next few days I would go for pure it if this is not working properly. Worst service, spare parts are not available in the market, I have tryed a lot for that connector finally I placed an order in amazon. I should check it whether it’s work or not. I would suggest to do not buy it rather than goes for pure it is better. I will give 1 out of 5 rating.
