I recently bought a Kent Air Purifier. Within 10 days the fan motor started giving large humming noise. Lodged a complaint, Service engineer came and straightaway declared that this is normal noise. I showed him another 1 year old Kent Air purifier which was making no noise. Then he accepted, yes that there is a problem with the motor. He gave assurance that there is a problem with the motor and agreed to replace it.
Today after eight days of almost complaining daily to the call centre, their stock reply is "Sorry for the inconvenience, someone will surely attend within 12 to 24 hours". I keep waiting and nobody turns up.
I dont know what to do with such horrible kind of service.
My recommendation is. the item may be good, but God forbid, if the equipment goes faulty, then you are going to suffer like anything. So buy something which has a good service support.
