I recently bought this air purifier from Kent because of dense pollution in NCR region.
I already have wheezing problem and it was getting worst so I just bought it from nearest Kent store without looking at the similar ones from others(Mistake).
Ease Of Use: It has an auto mode, but after a week’s usage, the sensors stopped working, it will be in medium speed setting forever, then I used vacuum to clean it up and then they started working again, have to do same every week.
Durability: The filters are to be replaced every 6 Months(depending on the usage) and they are around 3500(expensive), the Hepa filter is fitted tightly but Carbon and pre filters are not attached properly and the air bypasses them from the corners.
Ease of Cleaning: You must clean your pre-filter and sensors every week using a vacuum to feel the effect.
Style and Design: It looks just fine on my room, its bit heavy when compared to other air purifiers in this segment.
Service: This is just bad, they try to cheat you with everything, after 3 months of use, I got the filter replacement alarm, I called the service and they told me you have to replace all the filters(3.5 K). I then learned on how to reset the alarm and cleaned the filters using vacuum, it is working fine since then.
