Worst company to buy purifier. We opened a gifted box sealed air purifier. When we switched it on it started beeping but refused to get on. Contacted the customer care where the mechanic is hell bent on getting a paid visit. Asking for bill which I cannot produce since its a gifted product. I shared the warranty card too but they are adamant. How come a new product comes with a fault is my question. Seems like they dont have a quality check.
