Tottly waste of money i bought an expensive model with 1 + 4 year warranty.
On every free service they asked me to change some or the other candles which are not covered under the warranty.
In the first year (under full warranty) they made me pay Rs. 5700/-
I have never seen any appliance costing so much under full warranty.
Next 4 years are under partial warranty. I wonder how much they will loot in these 4 years. It will be definitely more than the cost of entire machine.
Thinking of throwing it in a dustbin and buy another brand. Can’t afford to continue with KENT RO water Purifier. And the main thing is it’s Tottly waste of water
