I got the Kent Mini softener installed on 14th December 2015. The Kent service man who installed it caused a leak in the bathroom. Now, I cannot use the bathroom. On top of that, the softener doesn’t work. There is no flow of water through it.
Despite calling the customer care, there has been no effort made to resolve my problem. I cannot fathom how in this day and age a company can be so careless about its customers.
