I am writing this review for Kent Mini water softener. This is the worst product I have ever seen. And Kent people are even worse than what expected. No one responds for any queries. Jayanth and Vasudev of Pearl Infotech are the horrible people. Please dont ever buy the products from Kent. Just in 2 days these people want visiting charges for the product which has 1 year warranty. After installing this softener no hot water is coming from geyser and they dont have any trained technicians. Horribly worst staff. I am sorry to say this but this is the truth. Don’t buy Kent products.
