I hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing my BAD experience with KENT WATER PURIFIER. I brought KENT WATER PURIFIER and I was so happy and dreaming to drink PURIFIED WATER but that was only my dream. Starting 2 months every things was nice wored then after 2 months my KENT storage was not filled and we called to customer care and after 1 day a boy had come and he said "YOU HAVE TO CHANGED UV PART". I was shocking then I asked to boy"THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY SO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE UV PART IN FREE". Then he replied to me "LET I ASKED TO MY SENIOR". Then he went outside and what he talked with his senior I dont know then he was come and said "SIR WE NEED 2 TO 3 DAYS BECAUSE THIS PART WAS NOT IN OFFICE IF WE TOOK FROM OTHER THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY SOME AMOUNT WOULD YOU REPLACED IT RIGHT NOW OR WAIT FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS". Then I said " OK I WILL WAIT FOR 3 DAYS". Then he had gone. After 3 days I again called to office, they replied part was not available. Then finally 5th day boy come and replace that part. After UV part changed test of water was changed and after 1 week small red ants was come from tap of Purifier then I open that and was properly and then fixed but again 3 days later small red ants come through purifier. Now we didnt knew how ants come from water but after part was charged problem was started. Then we switch off the purifier. After 15 days we again started that time water test was really horrible and we were completely changed water 2 to 3 times but still water test was vert bad. And finally we dont use this. This is my experience with KENT WATER PURIFIER. I suggest to my readers please dont go with it they are lie.
