First, I am not one of the types who writes review’, Prefer to read them normally but I could not hold myself back. This is ONE OF THE WORST product I have purchased till now.
I bought this garbage filter thinking, let me get the best, regardless of the cost and I cannot regret my decision more. Within the First year it broke down thrice, Twice the Power supply burnt and then the pump got spoil along with the water level sensor. Thanks god its was under warranty.Bad news if took one week to get the water pump.
I have a power surge protection for the Filter and I keep on hearing about power fluctuation is causing all my problem as per the service people.After one year I changed the filter for 2000+ rupees and in 20 days I have the UV filter burn out and after get that changed and now in 3 days I had the pump burn out.
All in a span of one year one month!
Its a crappy product and I will advise not to buy his Filter, buy anything else but this. They want to sell the spare part & make commission that’s it.
