If you are looking for a water purifier then please just never go for the Kent Pearl as this will do nothing but will waste a lot of your money. I bought one of them 8 months ago and here is my experience with this purifier. This purifier is not good in its functions and doesn’t work for a long time. I just gives normal water if not cleaned in 3 weeks which is not ideal when you are busy.
I used this purifier for around a month when I felt that it is giving normal water without purifying it much. I took it for a service and they told me that I have made the worst decision by buying this purifier as it need cleaning in every three weeks or else you would get just normal water. Then I started cleaning it once in every 3 weeks and it handled it well but last week it stopped working and when I took it to the service centre, they told that the purifying mechanism is not working properly and I need a lot of cash to get it repaired. The cost of repairing the purifier was almost 75% of its buying cost.
I decided to not get it repaired and buy a new one instead as spending more money in this was not worth it. Either I got a defected piece at the time of buying or this model just sucks. I will not recommend anyone to buy this purifier based on my experience.
