Product is good but recurring expenses are very high.
Machine parts are designed to malfunction every three months. On an average I am spending Rs.2000 every third month. Filters costing Rs.1250 & Rs.2250 comes with a warranty of 3 months and are timed to start leaking again in 3 months. That is the quality of these spares. Rs.300 service charge on top for every visit.
Service Complaints are registered and attended fast via app and call but for some reason I don’t like the service staff who comes to attend the machine. It seems they are only trained by local agency to open the machine and replace the defective part but if you ask the anything else, they don’t know. If the problem is not visible, they are not able to diagnose.
Annual Maintenance Contract is costly. Worst part is, it is not given or signed by Kent. The local authorized distributor gives his own manual and hand written invoice. Their is no unanimity in the contract rates given by Kent and the distributor. They quote their own price and give their own warranty.
To summaries, I am not happy with Kent and would not suggest to buy their product.
