I bought this product 6 years ago for rupees 20000 approx and for the starting 3 years no problems were faced by me but from then every year or maybe twice a year I have to call its service centre as the red dot over it’s head blinks and the taste of water changes.
So when this thing happens a company official come and replace it’s water filtering candle which costs rupees 3750 for a set of 2 and a visiting charge of rupees 300 seperately.
Also if you hit the RO tap hard the glass tank breaks and the water leaks from it and then an official again come to replace the water tank.
But after the 3rd year I would ask you to buy an Annual maintenance contract or AMC for this which costs around 2000 for an year which saves your visiting charge money of the official and any damage to the RO except the candle
