I purchased one Kent pearl RO purifier with serial number KR1611018852.THIS ITEM REQUIRES PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE. I have contacted the national customer care and gave complaint two times. Contacted the head of customer service Punjab by mail twice . No use. They seem to be interested only in selling purifiers but not in servicing them.
