I bought this product through Flipkart contacted customer care for installation. Engineer came the same day but he told that the installation hardware provided with package was not complete and we have to procure a Dead Plug and socket on our own.
He didn’t even agreed to buy it from market and tried to sell off a cheap plastic plug for fifty rs. When we didn’t agree to buy his stuff he made a faulty incomplete installation. When we made a complaint regarding this with customer care, they flatly told that customers have to buy hardware on their own and engineer will only put them in place.
This was never communicated to us while purchasing the product or while putting request for installation. How many bucks does Kent want to save by not providing the essential screws and plugs? Highly dissatisfied with the company policy and attitude of installation engineer.
