Kent RO is a pathetic lousy product and offers no value for money at all. I have had it repaired at least 10 times in last 18 months and the problems dont seem to end. Very costly after sales service having spent Rs5k in last 18 m. Mahesh Gupta is selling his poor quality ROwithout proper QC at his end at exhorbitant prices and befooling customers of their hard earned money.Short term business tactic, I shall never ever buy any kent product in my entire life and shall be sharing their poor quality with all whom I know so that that no one else ends putting his hard earned money behing lousy KEMT RO’s. Its time for a wake up call for the organisation as canvassing by celebrities is not of any interest to the consumer but the quality of the product which he gets is of interest to him.My sincere advise to all who read this never ever in your life buy a kent RO as else you also would be writing similar experiences very soon.
