3 Years back I purchased this product @ Rs. 13500/- from a dealer in Aurangabad, and till now I have spent around Rs. 25, 000/- on service and parts, last time Service Person from Kent came, inspected and asked to replace the Motor (Pump) costing Rs. 6500/- due to leakage problem, when I checked it later on that found there a leakage from a coupling not from pump, since that day it is running with no leakage. Till now experienced pathetic service from Kent, all service person are inexperienced and doesn’t know how to solve the problem. In early days they had told due to inadequate pressure filters are getting failed, but the cause was not that, later on they told not to use tap water hopeless.
To run Kent properly I have reconstructed my terrace, according to their suggestion.
Pl do not buy this product due to unavailability of service.
