Kent RO Grand Plus Water Purifier

Poor support

They have worst support and customer care. After you buy, no one cares. They simply do not bother. Even after lodging a complain, you have to wait for 3 days to get their service. There is no one who gives a feedback. We had a aquaguard earlier, for which we always received prompt service. We did the mistake of changing it to Kent.


Please don’t buy or buy at your own risk. Horrible support and poor quality of people
