My fault that without exploring any options I purchased KENT RO Grand Plus. First 6 months no complain at all. However, post which some or other problem started.
Worst thing they don’t have a central team for servicing in almost every part of India. To add to the troubles, all the authorised service agents are in the race to loot the consumers.
Pathetic service quality and they don’t even use authentic Kent spares. When I argued with the service provider to install original Kent spare and show a pre approved price list, he started abusing but finally started negotiating for price and suggested that the part he is recommending is even better than Kent’s.
Adding to the shock when I called Kent Office they expressed that they are helpless and can’t do anything since they don’t have any control upon the servicing. Looking forward to buy HUL Ultima Ro+UV. Any idea guys should I go for it.
