I installed kent RO 14500k model at my premies. As the sales man told as it is the one of the best R.O. That’s why we planned to install it. But to my utter surprised the machine was working good. But I called the company for checking TDS in water they took atleast 2 days to come. When my warrent was there. But when the warrent after 1 year finished a d if I askef them to come they readily came to fix it. Money minded. Company. Now it has been 2year I a using this R.O if some problem occurs, I have to call them and ask please take some extra money but do come to fix it. As we all know with not water we can not do anything.
