Worst Service Support

I have purchased the Kent Grand Plus 10 Days Back. It was supposed to be installed in couple of days, But still not yet. Every time I call the customer care, I always get false commitment that by today any how it will be installed, but that today has not yet came. Its time to knock the doors of the court or launge an FIR in the local police, because of fooling the consumer on false commitment.


The person available on the support side, I have been in touch with "Miss/Mrs Ujala" First off all she told that our engineers are unable to come on your time, I gave a choice to come at their time, but than also they are not availble. And after 10 days when I call the customer care today I was shocked to here that My installation was completed and no pending work is their.


Though it is not yet done. They keep on argument that why our (their) systems says that the installation was completed. ITs seems to be my fault. I request all the buyers of the kent water purifier that please never give any signature to the visitors/ enginners of the companies till you are satisfied with the service and use of the product. Tecnically if watched the product is much more advanced but as part of the service its worst support. My installtion ID is "101" one can enquire how long it took and why? Serial No - KR 09050????" Purchased from Mulund West.
