This is the update about my Kent. It is now 1 year 2 months.Don’t Go for KENT water purifier. It is a very BAD product. And the main problem lies in very frequent change of very high parts changes.
NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT.
I have aqua-guard also. That also having also same issue.

This is my second review writing. Last time it was on worthless Dish TV. Now on KENT GRAND+.
I leave in Bangalore where the drinking water is not good enough. So for last 3 months I was looks for a good water purification system which can work with both hard and soft water. So that I can use it in anywhere in INDIA.
After a lot of study I found the following.
RO: For Hard water only.UV: For soft water only.
In india only kent and eureka has model which has both the system.
But from my prior exp. I do not like eureka products.
Only option left was "KENT".
In this portal I saw some bad feedback about kent. So I was bit confused.
Then I called them and a person from kent came to my house.
After a lot of water testing we found:
Hard water: 387 ppm Kaveri water: 175 ppmCanned wated: 51 ppm
permissiable ppm for human: 20 - 100 ppm.
In KENT GRAND+ the ppm can be adjusted from 20 -100. It has RO+UV+TDS.
*Now two weeks back I took this product. The support/technical knowledge of the sales man is too good. *
*The water is going to the system is with 380 ppm and we are getting water 50 ppm. *
*The water is light and teast bit sweet and good. *
*I got in in 13500.00 in Bangalore. *
